Licensed Master Social Worker

Trauma-informed, attachment-based psychotherapy for individuals.

Psychodynamic & Experiential: early experiences make us who we are -- compassionate awareness of our present experience is how we remake who we are.

Hello and welcome! Finding a therapist can be challenging, and I commend you for taking this important step. If you feel curious, hopeful, or simply seen when reading this, I encourage you to reach out. Being human is hard; meaning and contentment can often feel elusive, especially in today’s world. My role isn’t to tell you how to “fit in,” but to empower you to discover and pursue what truly fulfills you.

I especially enjoy supporting individuals working through identity and existential issues. If you're someone who is highly self-aware but still struggles to make meaningful changes or feel secure in relationships, I may be a good fit for you. I will assist you in moving towards your present experience with the aim of being compassionately aware of the emotions, thoughts, and memories that can keep you stuck. Together we can move towards integrating all that is you into a cohesive and collaborative system.

Grief is one of the most universal and challenging human experiences. Despite this, it can be stigmatized or avoided by those around us. I aim to provide a safe space where all the complex emotions that come with grief can be explored, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, culture, or identity. If you've come here because of grief, I would be honored to walk alongside you through that process.

Even if you don’t feel completely ready, I encourage you to take the first step—start with a complimentary phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. My approach is slow, warm, and depth-oriented, helping you move toward where you want to be.

Malick’s fee starts at $150/individual session with a limited number of sliding-scale spots.
