Genuine support

The people close to you—and sometimes even other professionals—may not know how to support you right now. Our team isn’t afraid of the uncomfortable emotions, the big questions, or the realities of what you’re facing. We won’t be full of platitudes or fatalistic optimism; instead, we’ll meet you right where you are, be there with you, and help you find a way forward.

Put simply: You will be cared for here.

Our approach

At Blue Note, we believe…

  • Description text goes here
  • We believe in supporting clients through intuitive processing, believing that your body & mind know what they need—we’re just here to help you discover it.

Loss is part of being human, but each of us experiences it differently. There are no “must do's” or “definitely-not’s” on this journey. You’re allowed to feel the way you feel, full stop.

  • There is nuance to what you’re experiencing right now. You’ll get the most out of therapy if you’re doing this work with someone who has specific expertise and experience to understand it.

Why Blue Note?

In music, a blue note is a note that cannot be written, only felt. It is entirely expressive, always moving and always shaped by the context of the music and the musician. No one blue note—just like no one human experience—is the same. And, like grief, the blue note does not last forever, even if we return to it over and over. It will transform and there will be new notes, original melodies, and special harmonies.
